The Victory Training Center consists of the Victory Bible Institute, the Victory School of Music and Worship, and
Trade School. The center trains men and women called to serve God by developing their spiritual lives,
clarifying the understanding of their call, equipping them with occupational training, and planting them in a
ministry where they can serve, grow and apply the training they receive. The training is a one-year program
(second and third Year optional) and to date, more than 450 students have graduated from the institute. 87% of our
graduates are in the ministry, including 45 pastors currently leading local congregations. While students at the
Victory Training Center do pay for a small portion of the costs ($7/week), the majority of the financing is
